In the past, you met the requirements by installing a projector in the meeting room. Today the participants expect an all-round-package with corresponding meeting-design from the invitation over the conference to the supporting program.
When the date of the annual conference came closer, the same procedure was repeated: invitations were sent, e-mails with only vague or incomplete information came back. Calling the contact persons and further electronic messages were the result. The company waited for an answer and the procedure reiterated. We suggested a registration tool and the installation of an own event homepage, whereby our client could safe an enormous administrative effort. The participants register via the tool by now and can only submit completed forms and will be automatically reminded if necessary. The event agency took over the development and the upload of the homepage as well as the support of the registration tool.
